Reinstatement of Lapsed Membership

If you have already been a member of the Institute and wish to reinstate your membership, you will need to: 
Complete an IMS Membership Application form and reinstate with either:

5 Year Affiliate Membership (if you have not yet completed the education process and do not yet hold the IMS Productivity Analyst qualification)

 or 

Life Membership  (you will then be reinstated with your previous grade and membership number)

 
If you qualify for and wish to upgrade your membership, you must complete and submit the “Membership Application Form” with the fee and you can then upgrade: (Please supply supporting information as requested to upgrade your membership). 

Please note that you cannot reinstate as Fellow unless Member Dip was your previous grade.
