Management Services Journal is a quarterly publication distributed exclusively to members of the Institute of Management Services. The magazine publishes empirical and theoretical articles dealing with methodologies and techniques relevant to productivity and quality improvement in British businesses and the public sector. Subjects covered include lean manufacturing, 
production management, business strategy, employment law, human resource management, new technology, e-business, a diary of UK and international conferences and exhibitions and much more.
The editor welcomes editorial contributions on productivity and management services issues, events and conferences, of interest to senior management personnel.
